its okay for what i wanted,you know basic stuff like e-mail and youtube and a few low end games and visual novels.the processor is rather weak and the speakerphones are kind of the low end spectrum of what you might want or expect from a laptop.despite of its weak processor this machine can handle HD in a breeze.the dvd player is not too shabby as well.overall,its not great but not too bad either

Bought it as a birthday gift.

My friend needed a new computer so I bought him a laptop. I was looking for a laptop that was simple to use. I was glad that when he got it, it was easy for him to use. I do not know a whole lot about this laptop but I do know my friend was happy and he loves using it. It does video great and he uses it for simple streaming and surfing the Internet. Can't complain too much about that! I thought the Windows8 system would be complicated, but he said it was pretty easy to use. Great purchase! I recommend since the price is right for what it does
