Purchased in 2010,used since then - NO PROBLEMS! I use it for minor ms office works, rhapsody, amazon prime, hulu and (until recently) netflix video watching. Again, no problems at all. Just changed the battery for new one, but that I consider to be like breaks in a car - maintain and preserve.

I had a poor expereince with Dell before (tried twice) and have had a good experience with Acer (my other pc). Both were inexpensive, both work just fine. Fine in my book is 5/5, god bless toshiba for making my life free of drama and forced calls to India, or other wonderful country of limited interest to me.

5Great for the price

Bought this for my niece, who is off to college, so far she loves it. The only thing we are concerned about is the charging input getting loose or breaking. That seems to be a problem with this brand
