my wife and i bought this after our last hp took a crap... it lasted 6 years and im so glad to get rid of vista! windows 8 is good but takes a while to get used to but i like it except it seems to take forever for the computer to load initially to setup.... after you get everything set up its pretty awesome the processor is great, fast and love it ... i bought it from hp on black friday and saved a bunch, plus i had the options to upgrade the screen resolution and cache with graphics card. got a great deal from hp.com .... i mean we saved hundreds! way cheaper on amazon and is really a great computer... we dont game or anything crazy only had it a day and we looooove it.... i recommend opting for the bigger battery i didnt upgrade the screen and i still love it!!! i was gonna go with toshiba but really glad my wife talked me into this one.... i mean toshiba website couldnt even get me this good of a deal on the same specs for a laptop.now onto the speakers...i have a rezound and the speakers on the phone itself isnt all that awesome but the headphones they come with are great, and i was thinking the same thing with this laptop.... turned on youtube to a mustang video... i was blown away with how deep and rich the speakers sounded... i meani am VERRRY impressed with the quality and depth if these speakers...not to mention the double touch scrolling.. brilliant... GREAT GREAT GREAT product highly recommend
